- Unstrap boat from trailer.
- Lift mast off, set aside.
- Lift bridgedeck off, set aside.
- Remove rear mast stanchion.
- Unfasten winch cable.
- Slide boat back about a foot.
- Pull pins on trailer on one side.
- Slide that side partially out.
- Re-insert trailer pins.
- Slide that side the rest of the way out.
- Insert vertical taper pins that side.
- Repeat 7-11 on the other side.
- Set bridgedeck in place
- Insert horizontal pins all around.
- Install dolphin striker.
- Strap boat to trailer to restrain it from moving forward.
- Shackle stays to mast, headstay in center, shackle pins pointing outward.
- Safety wire shackles. Pull halyards down, attach topping lift.
- Place mast on ball, shackle shrouds to chain plates.
- Tie headstay and hook trailer cable lever arm.
- Be certain that the shrouds are clear of obstructions (e.g. canopy latches)
- CAUTION: BEWARE OF OVERHEAD WIRES AND OBSTRUCTIONS.
- Raise mast. Be sure to boost aft end to take strain off mast support rod.
- Shackle bridle wires to padeyes.
- Release cable, and lever arm.
- Remove strap securing boat to trailer.
- Install compression tube, lace trampoline.
- Tighten turnbuckle on headstay.
- Install boom, motor, rudders, running rigging, etc.
- Launch boat- BEWARE OF OVERHEAD OBSTRUCTIONS
